We have participated in a recent renovation of a industrial unit in London, which featured a cutting-edge lighting system powered by the truSmart platform, significantly boosting energy efficiency and operational performance for the end client.
The installation used a combination of robust, high-performance fittings, including Meadley highbays with truSmart PIR sensors for high-ceiling areas, Holywell battens in ancillary and task spaces and Snowdon panels for the office side of the unit.
A key benefit of this project is the substantial energy cost savings. Due to the unit's excellent level of natural daylight, the truSmart system intelligently employs daylight harvesting and presence detection to dim or switch off fittings automatically when not needed, reducing energy consumption dramatically. Beyond the savings, the system provides excellent, consistent lighting quality and a wealth of customisable automations to ensure optimal light levels and seamless operation throughout the facility.
