Lumineux supported Redwood Contractors on the refurbishment of a commercial unit at Integra Business Park, delivering a fully integrated smart lighting solution built around the truSmart platform.
As specialists in commercial refurbishments across the UK, Redwood Contractors required a solution that could be installed efficiently while delivering long-term performance and control. The project was successfully commissioned, resulting in an intelligent system that operates autonomously and adapts to the needs of the space.
The installation centred on Derwent mid-bay luminaires, providing high-output, reliable lighting suited to the refurbished environment. These were fully integrated with truSmart, using Zhaga PIR sensors and a Sanford Industrial gateway to enable intelligent control across the site.
To enhance usability, Blanco 4-button scene switches were introduced, allowing simple manual override where required, while the system continues to manage lighting automatically in the background. Plug & Play emergency packs were also utilised, streamlining installation and ensuring compliance.
Across surrounding areas, a coordinated range of Lumineux luminaires was installed to deliver a consistent and professional finish, including Holywell Plus battens, Wraysbury panels, and Darwell emergency bulkheads.
Following commissioning, the system now operates fully autonomously, adjusting light levels based on occupancy and usage patterns. The result is a modern, energy-efficient solution that supports the flexibility required within refurbished commercial environments.
