Lumineux World Cup Sweepstake – Official Terms & Conditions

Promoter: B & T Associates (“the Promoter”) operating under the Lumineux brand.

The Lumineux World Cup Sweepstake is a customer promotion operated by B & T Associates under the Lumineux brand, running alongside the 2026 international football tournament.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The promotion is open to UK trade customers aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees of B & T Associates, its associated companies, agents, distributors and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying purchases at any stage.

2. Qualifying Period & Order Requirements

2.1 To qualify for entry, customers must place a qualifying order with Lumineux between:

00:01 Monday 1 June 2026 and 15:00 Friday 12 June 2026.

2.2 To qualify, each order must have a minimum value of £1,000 excluding VAT.

2.3 Each qualifying order will receive one unique promotional code.

2.4 Multiple qualifying orders are permitted. Each qualifying order meeting the minimum spend threshold will receive a separate promotional code.

2.5 Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed or returned orders will not qualify.

3. Code Activation

3.1 Customers must activate their promotional code via the official Lumineux World Cup Sweepstake landing page.

3.2 All promotional codes must be entered and activated no later than:

23:59 Friday 12 June 2026

3.3 Codes not activated by the stated deadline will become invalid and will not be entered into the promotion.

3.4 Promotional codes:

  • may only be used once;
  • are non-transferable;
  • hold no cash value;
  • cannot be replaced where lost, deleted or incorrectly entered.

4. Team Allocation

4.1 Each promotional code has a football team assigned to it in advance by the Promoter.

4.2 Team allocations are predetermined, confidential and final.

4.3 Personnel issuing promotional codes will not have visibility of the teams linked to individual codes.

4.4 Upon successful code entry on the landing page, the customer’s allocated team will be revealed.

4.5 Multiple customers may legitimately receive the same team allocation.

4.6 Team allocations cannot be exchanged, amended, transferred or challenged.

5. Tournament Progression & Draw Structure

The Lumineux World Cup Sweepstake follows the progression of the football tournament.

Customers remain eligible whilst their allocated team remains active in the competition.

Where more eligible entries exist than available prizes, winners will be selected by random draw.

Group Stage Draw

Following completion of the Group Stage, customers holding teams that successfully progress will be entered into a random draw.

Eight (8) winners will be selected.

Quarter Final Draw

Following completion of the Quarter Final stage, surviving eligible entries will be entered into a random draw.

Four (4) winners will be selected.

Semi Final Draw

Following completion of the Semi Final stage, surviving eligible entries will be entered into a random draw.

Two (2) winners will be selected.

Grand Final Draw

Following completion of the tournament final, customers holding the winning team allocation will be entered into the Grand Final Draw.

One (1) winner will be selected.

6. Prizes

6.1 Prizes may include products, merchandise, experiences and promotional items supplied by Lumineux and/or third-party brands including, but not limited to, Budweiser and Hisense.

6.2 Prize values may increase throughout the promotion stages.

6.3 Prizes are:

  • non-transferable;
  • non-refundable;
  • not exchangeable for cash.

6.4 No cash alternative will be offered.

6.5 Whilst every effort will be made to provide prizes as advertised, B & T Associates reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with an alternative item, product, experience or prize of equal or greater valuewhere reasonably necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving stock availability, supplier issues, discontinued products or factors outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6.6 Where prizes contain alcoholic products, winners must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested before fulfilment. Where a winner cannot lawfully receive an alcohol-related prize, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative prize.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

7.1 Winners will be selected using a random draw process from eligible entries.

7.2 Winners will be contacted using the details associated with the qualifying order or promotion entry.

7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7.4 The Promoter’s decision in relation to the promotion, eligibility, draws and prize awards shall be final.

8. Technical & Administrative Matters

8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • website failures;
  • server outages;
  • delayed, corrupted or incomplete submissions;
  • incorrectly entered codes;
  • lost or inaccessible entries;
  • technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent, manipulated, duplicate, automated or non-genuine entries.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Lumineux World Cup Sweepstake and prize fulfilment.

9.2 Data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy practices.

10. General

10.1 B & T Associates reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary or where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to tournament stage descriptions or timings to reflect the official competition structure.

11. Tournament & Brand Disclaimer

The Lumineux World Cup Sweepstake is an independently organised customer promotion operated by B & T Associates under the Lumineux brand.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or officially associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, or any tournament organiser, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any third-party brand names, products or trademarks referenced in connection with prizes remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
